Preparation
- The first thing to do is to prepare vegetables and mushrooms. To do this, cut these ingredients and put on a baking bowl for baking. Sprinkle everything with seasonings and do not forget to add salt. Bake vegetables with mushrooms for about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
- While baked vegetables with mushrooms, it is time to start cooking side dishes.
- Also at this stage you need to prepare goulash from chicken. All meat is divided into two equal parts (one will be used for cooking goulash, the other - just for roasting). Finely chop and roast in the pan 1 large bulb and 5 cloves of garlic, then add the chicken and cook until the golden crust.
