Preparation
  1. The first thing to do is to prepare vegetables and mushrooms. To do this, cut these ingredients and put on a baking bowl for baking. Sprinkle everything with seasonings and do not forget to add salt. Bake vegetables with mushrooms for about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.


  2. While baked vegetables with mushrooms, it is time to start cooking side dishes.


  3. Also at this stage you need to prepare goulash from chicken. All meat is divided into two equal parts (one will be used for cooking goulash, the other - just for roasting). Finely chop and roast in the pan 1 large bulb and 5 cloves of garlic, then add the chicken and cook until the golden crust.
