Ingredients
- 800 g ground beef
- 100 g rolls
- 100 ml milk
- 2 onions
- 6 eggs
- 150 g cheese
- 0.5 tsp seasonings hops-suneli

Preparation
- Pour warm milk over the crumb of the roll. It is important that the loaf is stale, otherwise the minced meat will sour.
- Chop the onion finely or mince it if you don't like the onion slices in cutlets.
- Mince the ground beef and stir in the onion. You can also use ready-made minced meat from the store. To make the patties juicy, you can mix pork and ground beef in a 1: 1 ratio or use chicken if you like it better.
- Add 1 egg and spices to the minced meat: suneli hops, salt and pepper. Mix everything with your hands until smooth.
- Add a loaf soaked in milk and a little milk to the minced meat. Make sure that the mass is thick, and you can easily form cutlets from it. If the mass turns out to be liquid, add bread crumbs to it.
- Divide the minced meat into 5 equal parts and form the patties. It is best to work with gloves or wet your hands with water to make it easier to sculpt patties.
- Thoroughly beat each cutlet so that the minced meat does not crack during baking. Place the flattened patties on a greased baking sheet. Make indentations in each cutlet.
- Bake the cutlets in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it on the cutlets. Gently place an egg on top of the cheese in each cutlet.
- Bake the patties in the oven for another 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
