Potato graten in milk with cheese

Preparation
  1. Peel the potato tubers from the skin and cut with round plates 5 mm thick.

  3. In heated milk, add sliced potatoes so that the liquid covers the plates completely. Cook the potatoes on an average heat for 10 minutes.
