Ingredients needed for potato gratin:

  • Potatoes – 700 g
  • Butter – 10 g
  • Nutmeg, ground – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cream 10-15 % – 500 ml
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Garlic – 3 tooth.
Step 1

For cooking gratins, take the potatoes, garlic, cheese, spices and liquid cream.

Garlic peel and cut into thin plates.

Pour cream into a saucepan, add chopped garlic, nutmeg, salt and black pepper – bring to boil and remove from heat.

Peel the potatoes, well washed and cut into thin plates.
