Potato gratin with vegetables and Suluguni

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes — 4-5
  • Tomato — 1pc
  • Bulgarian pepper — 1 piece
  • Onion to taste
  • Cream — 1стак
  • Suluguni cheese — 80g
  • Nutmeg, ground — 1/3h.l.
  • Ground allspice — 1/3h.l.
  • Salt to taste
How to prepare:

1. Warm up to multipatch to 180 degrees (can be cooked in the oven);
Vegetables cut into thin rings, mix cream with salt and spices, grate cheese on a grater;

2. In a baking dish put layers:

1/2 of the potato — onion — 1/2 pepper — 1/2 tomato;

Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese and pour 1/2 part cream;

Further, all layers repeat;

3. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees, then reduce the heat to 150-160 and cook for another 15 minutes;
