Preparation
- Beans should be prepared long before the soup is made. To do this, it must be soaked and left overnight in water. After that, cook it almost to readiness, a little undercooked.
- Onion, carrots and one clove of garlic peel, cut big and pour water in a pan. Add celery, bay leaf, pepper and salt. Cook until ready.
