Instructions for cooking cottage cheese dance with pineapples

My husband's second cousin lives in Warsaw all his life, but he often comes to his parents' house to visit his mother. Last weekend, he gathered all his family at one table. We talked for a long time, laughed and enjoyed the fine dishes, as Jacob works as a cook in one of the capital's Polish restaurants.

  • 80g butter
  • 3 yolks
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp starch
  • 1 tsp manki
  • 5g vanilla sugar
  • 1 can of canned pineapples (rings)

  • 150g sugar
  • 3 proteins






Preparation
  1. To prepare the dough in a convenient container, mix all the dry ingredients, then add to them yolks with sugar. Stir it up carefully.



  2. Mix the dough. Divide it into two parts: one half wrapped in a small piece of food film and put in the freezer, the second distributed on the bottom of the form for baking, previously lubricating it with a small piece of butter.



  3. For cooking. cheesecream Rub the cottage cheese with a blender.



  4. Add to the curd yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar. In a separate container, mix starch with semolina cereal, add them to the curd mass. Stir thoroughly with a wreath or with a mixer. Add the butter and stir again.



  5. Cut the pineapples into small pieces.



  6. In a deep bowl, whip sugar with proteins to deep peaks.



  7. On the dough in the form lay the curd mass, carefully distributing it over the entire surface. Put pieces of pineapples on the cottage cheese mass (tightly to each other), cover everything with a protein mass.



  8. Take the second piece of dough out of the fridge and rub it on top of the cake.



  9. Bake the cake in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 40 minutes until golden. Check your readiness with a wooden stick.
