  • 250g milk
  • 1, 5 tsp dry yeast
  • 75g margarine
  • 5g salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 600g flour

  3. Eggs with salt, margarine sodium on a large grater. Take out the milk and pour a loose egg with salt into it, and then add margarine. Stir it well.



  4. Pour the sifted flour, the flour should stay a little. Then we move on to mixing the dough. Stir thoroughly, first with a spoon, then with your hands on the table, gradually sprinkling flour. The dough should be elastic, but not tight.





  5. Put very cold water in a deep dish and put the dough in it.



  6. In 10 minutes, the dough will pop up. The better the dough is made, the faster it will pop up.

  7. Take out the dough, wet it with a napkin, then lay it on a table sprinkled with flour and start stirring. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and leave it for 15 minutes to let it rest.
