How to make a Japanese omelet

Preparation
  1. Cut the vegetables and greens fine. You can choose the vegetables you like best. For example, pepper can be replaced with tomatoes, pick up to your taste.

  3. Add the milk, mix well. Then you can strain the mixture through a sieve so that there is no excess foam and lumps.



  4. To the egg mixture add sliced vegetables, stir lightly. You'll get a liquid mixture that looks like a pancake mass. To fry an omelet should be about the same as pancakes.



  5. A small amount of the mixture pour on a heated and oiled pan (you can also without oil). Distribute the mixture in a thin layer over the entire surface of the pan. When the pancake catches, twist it and move it to the edge of the pan so that the edge is turned around. Now pour the next portion of the egg mixture.



  6. Repeat this until the mixture is over, twisting each new segment eggloaf. Ideally, it should be complete. Inside the roll you can put filling, for example, hard cheese or pieces of ham. After twisting the whole roll, cut it into small pieces, rolls. You can serve just like that or with your favorite sauce. The perfect breakfast is ready!
