- 100g walnuts
- 100g raisins
- 100 g prunes without bone (can be replaced with cranberries)
- 100g dates
- 40g coconut shavings
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 eggs
- 2-3 apples
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice

Preparation
- Raisins and prunes pour boiling water for 20 minutes. In the meantime, separate the proteins from the yolks. Mix the yolks with vanillin and vegetable oil.
- Cube prunes and dates. Peel the apples off the peel and sodium on a large grater. Squirrels and lemon juice in a lush foam.
