In a convenient container, beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Add to the egg mixture sour cream, flour sifted through a sieve, baking powder. Stir it up carefully. The consistency test should be the same as for charlotte (a little thicker than sour cream).
Round form for baking covered with parchment paper and lubricate the bottom and sides of the form with margarine. I use red and black currants as berries, but you can take the ones that are available. In a separate container, mix the black currant with starch, then lay it out on half the dough poured into the mold, and distribute over the entire surface of the mold for baking.
Now pour the berries with the second half of the sour cream pouring and distribute the remaining berries on its surface, slightly pressing them with your hands.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven. The approximate baking time is 40-50 minutes. Check the preparedness of the cake with a wooden toothpick, it should be dry!
Let the cake cool and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
