Recipe for blueberry pie in oven

Preparation
  1. Beat your eggs with sugar.

  8. Sweat the mold for baking with parchment, grease with olive oil.
  9. Put the dough in the mold and straighten it.
  10. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  11. Then extract the form from the oven, evenly distribute the remaining berries on the cake, slightly pressing them into the dough.


  12. Put the cake back in the oven and bake for another 30 to 35 minutes before blushing.
  13. Check readiness with a toothpick.
  14. Before serving, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
