We have a small bakery in town that sells the most delicious. potato-cake. Beautiful, at least for the exhibition, and try - as if nothing tastier in life has never eaten. Soft, melting in the mouth, the smell is incredible.

Test ingredients
- 100ml fatty cream
- 200 ml of milk
- 500g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 20g sugar
- 40g butter
- 3 yolks
- 14g dry yeast
Filling ingredients
- 8-10 large potato tubers
- 1 large bulb
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp cream
- salt, spices to taste
Preparation
- Mix the heated milk and cream. Add sugar, yeast, and leave for 15 minutes.
- Two yolks rub with melted butter. Add to the milk and cream mixture.
- Mix flour with salt. In small portions, pour the liquid, mixing soft dough.
- Put the dough in a large bowl and put it in a warm place on the grazing. During this time (40-60 minutes), the dough should increase 3 times.
- In the meantime, prepare the stuffing. Peel the potatoes and broths in salted water.
- Clean the onions and cut the cubes. Roast in vegetable oil on a medium heat until golden.
- When the potatoes are ready, drain all the water. Mashed potatoes, not a blender.
- In puree, add onions, cream, butter, salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well and set the filling to cool.
- Take the dough out of the bowl, sprinkle with flour and put your hands on the table.
- From the dough, form balls of the same shape. Cover them with a towel so they don't get ventilated.
- Sprinkle the table with flour. Roll up the balls in tortillas 0.5 cm thick.
- In the center of each cake put, without regret, filling and gently pinch the dough. Put the cakes on the pan, covered with baking paper, pinch down and each slightly crush. Cover with a towel or food film and let it come at room temperature.
- Mix the remaining yolk with 1 tbsp cream. Lubricate the cakes with this mixture and bake them in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
