- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp fatty cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- pinch
- salt
Preparation
- Chicken fillet pass through the meat grinder twice or grind with a blender, a food processor.
- In the mince add egg, cream, softened butterSalt and spices.
- Thoroughly stir the mince and beat it well for 2-3 minutes.
- Place a food film on the table and lay out some of the minced meat on it with a confectionery bag. Wrap the mince in several layers of film, giving it the desired shape.
- Tie the edges of the film to a knot or thread.
- Cook the workpieces in boiling water for 15 minutes. Take off the film after cooking.
- Sausages can be eaten immediately or frozen for a week, removing from the freezer as needed.
