  2. Put a lemon in the middle of the chicken (preliminarily pierce it in several places with a fork), and rub the chicken with a marinade on top. Also pour a little marinade inside the chicken and on the sides. Leave it for 2-3 hours.



  3. Cut the top and bottom of the watermelon. The top part will serve as the cover of our makeshift pot. Cut down a little bit without getting to the pulp. Otherwise, all the juice will drain and nothing will work. The flesh from the watermelon should be carefully removed with a spoon, leaving very little on the walls.





  4. Place the marinated chicken in the watermelon and cover with a watermelon top-cover. Bake the dish in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 120 minutes.



  5. When the chicken is ready, take the watermelon out of the oven. Put watermelon with chicken on a small elevation, and next to the dish put a deep plate or pan. With a knife, make a small hole in the watermelon and wait until all the juice is poured out of it. Add some cut watermelon to this juice. Grind the mass with a blender. That'll be the chicken sauce.
