Recipe for cheesecakes with rice flour

Cheese for breakfast is a great way to start the day. Each hostess has its own way of preparing branded cheesecakes. Some people like a flat shape, others pour sugar into them more than cottage cheese. Everyone has their own taste.

Cheese with rice meal Ingredients
  • 450g cottage cheese
  • 50g rice flour
  • egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar


Preparation
  1. Combine all the ingredients (leave some flour) in a blender and stir until uniform.


  2. Form the balls 50-60. The bigger the ball, the bigger the result.


  3. Each ball gently fall in flour, without flattening.


  4. Warm up the pan and then put it on the smallest burner for minimum fire.

  5. Carefully, without pressing, lay out cottage cheese balls on a dry pan and cook under the lid for 7 minutes on both sides.


  6. You can serve cheesecakes with jam or sour cream.




Cheese contains a high amount of protein and calcium, which contribute to the formation of a healthy body and strengthen bones. And a few spoons of sugar won't show up on your figure.
