- 450g cottage cheese
- 50g rice flour
- egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients (leave some flour) in a blender and stir until uniform.
- Form the balls 50-60. The bigger the ball, the bigger the result.
- Each ball gently fall in flour, without flattening.
- Warm up the pan and then put it on the smallest burner for minimum fire.
- Carefully, without pressing, lay out cottage cheese balls on a dry pan and cook under the lid for 7 minutes on both sides.
