The ingredients
- 300g chicken fillet
- 1 zucchini (about 600g)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 melted cheese (100g)
- 80 ml of milk
- salt, pepper, oregano
Preparation
- Chicken fillets are cut into pieces. Zucchini three on a grater for Korean carrots or cut into strips similar to spaghetti. You can use a food processor with a nozzle for spiral cutting vegetables.
- We warm the pan properly, pour vegetable oil. First we send the chicken breast to roast. We roast over a big fire stirring. The chicken breast must completely change color. Then salt, add pepper to taste and finely chopped garlic.
- Add zucchini to the chicken breast. We roast for about 4-5 minutes stirring.
- In the meantime, make some cream sauce. In the bowl of the blender we lay grated melted cheese and hot milk. We also add salt and whip it to uniformity.
- If the sauce turned out to be sufficiently salty, then the zucchini themselves can not be salted. Water the spaghetti with cream sauce and stir. We're cooking for a few more minutes. At the end, add oregano or other spices to taste.
The zucchini with cream sauce opens in a completely new way. It'll taste good without a chicken breast. By the way, you can take fillets instead of fillets.
