  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation

  2. In a small bowl, we melt butter. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and leave for a couple of minutes.



  3. We use a frying pan with non-stick coating. We warm it well on medium heat with vegetable oil. We lay the fish in one layer and thoroughly roasted to a golden color.



  4. Ready fish laid out on a paper towel - you need to glass excess oil. Put it on a plate and add hot sauce. Our dish is ready.
