What to cook from stale cottage cheese

What to cook from cottage cheese in the oven Cheese casserole Ingredients
  • 1kg cottage cheese
  • 125g semolina
  • 3 eggs
  • 125g sour cream
  • 125 ml of milk
  • 175g of sugar
  • 100g raisins
  • 10g vanillin
  • pinch
  • 25g butter


Preparation
  1. The first thing to do is pour the manka with milk and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Wash and soak the raisins in water for 5 minutes.



  2. Then take a deep bowl, put eggs in it and stir them with sugar. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl of egg mixture, there also add salt, swollen manca and vanillin. In the same bowl send sour cream and swollen raisins, and then mix it well.





  3. Next, take a form for baking, lubricate it with butter and sprinkle a little dry semolina. After that, put the curd mass in the form and level it. Lubricate the top of the future cottage cheese dessert with egg yolk, then send the workpiece to the oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake the casserole for 60 minutes. Then take the dessert out of the oven, slightly cool and serve to the table with jam.







Cheese and apple soufflé Ingredients
  • 1 sweet apple
  • 200g fat curd
  • 1 egg
  • cinnamon


Preparation
  1. First, wash the apple, peel it off the seeds and soap it on the grater.



  2. Then mix the apple mass with curd and egg. And then spread the resulting mixture into silicone moulds for baking.



  3. Warm the oven to 180 degrees and send the blanks inside for 5-10 minutes. Ready soufflé sprinkle a little cinnamon and serve to the table.





Cheese snails Ingredients
  • 360g cottage cheese
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3/4 tsp soda
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 250g flour


Preparation
  1. First of all, separate the fourth part from the total mass of cottage cheese and set aside. The remaining cottage cheese is laid out in a deep bowl along with 2 tbsp of sugar and egg yolks. Rub the cottage cheese with a fork, add soda to the bowl and mix the ingredients well. Then leave the cottage cheese mixture to stand for 5 minutes.

    Then gradually begin to add flour to the curd mass, stirring everything with a spoon.





  2. When the dough is thick enough, knead it with your hands. Finished cheese dough roll into a ball and place in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Then take the chilled dough out of the refrigerator and roll it into a thin layer on a pre-sprinkled flour surface.

    Smear half the dough with previously laid cottage cheese, and sprinkle the cottage cheese with sugar residues on top. Then cover the half with the filling of the empty part of the dough and roll the closed layer into the roulette.





  3. Put the oven to warm up to 180 degrees, and meanwhile cut the roll into small circles (about 1 cm thick). Cover the batter with parchment paper and lay out the resulting blanks at a distance of two centimeters.

    At the end, send the blanks to bake for 25 minutes. Ready buns slightly cool and serve to the table with strong tea or coffee.
