Recipe for potato balls with sausage inside

Potatoes are never a lot, and all because it is a universal product at any time. There are plenty of recipes for potatoes, and they’re all great. Today we will tell you how to make mashed potato balls for dinner. This dish will be welcomed even by the most fastidious household members.



This dish is very similar to potato pearls, but looks much more fun and appetizing. Yesterday's uneaten mashed potatoes will do, or you can cook a new one. The ingredients
  • 600g potatoes
  • 3 sausages
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • peppery


Preparation
  1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Then drain the water and grind the potatoes in mashed potatoes, add salt and pepper.



  2. Cut the sausages into small bars 3-4 cm in size.



  3. When the potatoes cool down, add one raw egg and flour to it. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until uniform.



  4. Make potato dough balls. One ball is about 1 tbsp of dough.



  5. Flat the ball and wrap a sausage in it. If desired, you can wrap the grated cheese or even wrap a piece of hard cheese instead of a sausage. Then the stuffing will be viscous.



  6. In one plate pour breadcrumbs, and in the other beat the egg. Alternately, dip the potato balls in breading, then in the egg, then again in breading.



  7. Roast the balls in vegetable oil from all sides. You can make deep-fried potato balls if you have one.





If you want to cook a less fatty dish, you can bake such balls in the oven at 180 degrees 30-35 minutes. Be sure to serve potato balls with some sauce. For example, they are very tasty to eat with cheese, garlic or tomato sauce. This dish lifts the mood on the most cloudy day. Bon appetit.
