I used to buy bread at the store. But the bread in the package did not have time to lie down for three days, as it began to mold. I had to throw half a loaf of bread away. Then I decided I couldn't go on like this anymore, I had to try making bread myself. I am not friends with yeast dough, so I tried baking yeastless bread at home. And you know what? It was amazing. Twice a week, I bake a fresh loaf and can't be happy, it's delicious. I want to share 5 favorite recipes with you.



Yeastless bread at home Bread "Village"

The ingredients
  • 1kg coarse flour
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2.5 tsp salt


Preparation
  1. Heat the water to 40 degrees. Soak the flour and mix it with warm water.
  2. Cover a bowl of dough with a lid and leave the dough in a warm place for 6-8 hours. In that time, it will rise.
  3. In the morning, add salt and 250 g of flour to the raised dough. When the dough is uniform, move it into a baking mold and cover it with food film.
  4. Leave the 1 hour test form in a warm place.
  5. After an hour, bake bread at 150 degrees 60-90 minutes until ready.


Sandwich bread

The ingredients
  • 450g wheat flour
  • 350g cornmeal
  • 300g leaven
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250g sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp olive oil


Preparation
  1. Mix the wheat and corn flour with leaven. Add sour cream, sugar, egg. Mix a homogeneous elastic dough.
  2. Lubricate the form for baking with olive oil. It is better to take the form more, as the bread will double when baking.
  3. Put the bread in a 60-degree oven for 4 hours. Then increase the temperature to 190 degrees and bake the bread for another 40 minutes.


Kefir buns

The ingredients
  • 750g flour
  • 600g bran
  • 500ml kefir
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt


Preparation
  1. Mix flour with bran, add soda and salt.
  2. Mix kefir and vegetable oil in a separate container. Then combine the liquid and dry ingredients, mix the dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal parts, form the balls.
  4. Cover the pan with baking paper and lay the dough on top.
  5. Bake the buns in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Then turn the balls over to the other side and bake for another 15 minutes.


Lenten bread

The ingredients
  • 250g wheat flour
  • 100g rye flour
  • 3 tbsp bran
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml of water
  • pinch
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 5g dried greens
  • chili
  • garlic


Preparation
  1. Mix flour, sugar, pepper, salt, bran and butter in a deep bowl.
  2. Mix a uniform dough, gradually adding water in small portions.
  3. Turn off the soda with vinegar and add it to the dough.
  4. Cover the pot with parchment and oil it.
  5. Put the dough on the batter and straighten it. On top decorate the dough with garlic and dried greens, sprinkle pepper and salt.
  6. In the oven heated to 180 degrees, bake bread for 20 minutes until the golden crust.
  7. Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool at room temperature.


Bread cakes

The ingredients
  • 300g flour
  • 150 ml of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 egg


Preparation
  1. Ask for flour and add salt. Make a depression in the flour and add soda, vinegar, 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
  2. Mix soft dough and cover with a kitchen towel. Let the dough brew for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each piece with a thickness of 1 cm.
  4. Put the blanks on the bowl and grease the cakes with a whipped egg.
  5. Bake cakes at 180 degrees 15-20 minutes to golden color.
