How to prepare yeast cakes with rice

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 bundle of green onions
  • 1 tbsp butterspoon
  • 1/2 Bulgarian pepper


Preparation
  1. Mix warm water with sugar, dilute the yeast and put in a warm place. When bubbles appear on the surface, start injecting the remaining ingredients.


  2. Add vegetable oil, salt and gradually introduce sifted flour. Mix the dough, then put it in a warm place to lift.


  3. When the dough doubles, put it on a table sprinkled with flour, cover it with a towel and let it rise twice more.


  4. While the dough is suitable, prepare the fillings: rice broths until ready, eggs decoction and grinding. Onions and Bulgarian peppers are finely cut. Add to the filling raw egg, butter, salti and peppery to taste. Stir thoroughly.


  5. The approaching dough was divided into small pieces and rolled each into a round thin tortilla with a diameter of 15 cm.


  6. In the middle of the flatbread, lay the filling, leaving the edges free. Cover the top with a second flatbread, connect the edges and slightly press down so that the flatbread is as thin as possible.


  7. Lay the cakes on a pan covered with parchment paper. In the center of each cake make a hole, prick with a fork and cover with a towel so that the dough rises a little more.


  8. After 10-15 minutes, when the cakes still rise, grease them with an egg and send them to the oven heated to 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
