- Mix in a bowl of yogurt, mustard, vinegar, squeezed garlic.
- Add fresh lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper and salt.
- Mix everything in a blender.
- Cut half rings onions and thin slices of mushrooms.
- Melt the butter in the olive in the pan. Roast the onions and mushrooms until golden. Then let them cool down.
- Meanwhile, cut in long strips the flesh of peeled avocado, boiled tongue and cucumber. A big slicing here is very useful. It will not let the exquisite taste of the tongue get lost in the overall impression of the salad.
- Combine in a bowl all prepared ingredients, add crushed greens and yogurt dressing.
- Before serving, lay out on each plate a leaf of salad and a slice of boiled eggs, once again pour the salad with dressing.
