Cake in the form of numbers Ingredients for one crust
- 50g honey
- 100g sugar
- quarterspoon
- 100g butter
- 350g flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 egg
- 5 drops of vinegar

Preparation
- First of all, take a small aluminum pan with a thick bottom and mix eggs with sugar and honey in it. Next, add salt, oil and soda extinguished with vinegar to the eggs. Turn on a small fire and grind all the ingredients in the pan, stirring constantly.
Without boiling, remove the mixture from the fire and cool to room temperature. Then gradually add to the pan sifted flour.
Please note that the recipe specifies the amount of ingredients needed for one cake. To calculate the number of ingredients by several crusts, multiply all the proportions by the number you need.
For example, if you need 50 g of honey for 1 cake, and there will be 4 cakes in total, then you need to use 200 g of honey. And so on. - Mixture sticky, homogeneous dough and divide it into several parts. The number of pieces should equal the number of crusts you want in the end.
- Then roll each part of the dough into a small round layer and cover with a cellophane bag.
