- 3 eggs
- 45 g cocoa
- 0.5 tsp baking powder

- 2 g vanillin
- 1 lemon

- Whisk the eggs in a convenient container to make a biscuit. Add powdered sugar and a pinch of salt, whisking until firm peaks.
- Sift the cocoa and baking powder into the beaten eggs through a sieve. Stir with a silicone spatula until smooth. Distribute the dough evenly on a rectangular baking sheet (I have a size of 24 by 33 centimeters), lined with parchment paper.
