Preparation

  3. In the morning, pour water into a large Kazan, add 5 bulbs, 1 bulb, bay leaf, black peas and garlic cloves there. When the water boils, put it in a casket roll. Add a tablespoon of salt. Cook for 1.5 hours on low heat. After 1.5 hours, turn the roll over and boil another 1.5 hours under the closed lid.





  4. Remove the rope immediately from the hot finished roll. In a separate container add crushed garlic, soy sauce, paprika and a pinch of black pepper. Stir the seasoning well, and then lubricate the finished roll with it.



  5. Put the roll in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
