Bounty chocolate roll without baking and why it doesn't melt

What could be better after a hard day's work than a pleasant evening with a fragrant cup of your favorite coffee and a slice of coconut dessert? Today we prepare a roll without baking with coconut filling. You will need the simplest ingredients you can find in the fridge, and just a little time.

Having a dozen or two simple recipes without baking in a notebook is always useful. After all, in the summer heat, the least you want to spend time in a stuffy kitchen, over the stove or next to a hot oven.



There are several options for such desserts. Some of them are made on a jelly basis, and some are made from cookies. Today we're going to show you the second option.



The ingredients
  • 200g gallet lingering cookie
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 70 ml of milk
  • 50g coconut shavings
  • 70g butter
  • 30g powdered sugar
  • 60g condensed milk


Preparation
  1. The basis of almost any dessert without baking is high-quality biscuits. It needs to be ground to crumb. You can use a blender, or you can put all the cookies in a zipper bag and use a roller.



  2. Cookies can initially take chocolate or add cocoa powder in the cooking process. Two big spoons will be enough. Now to the mass of crumpled cookies you need to gradually add water and milk. Start stirring with a spatula and then put your hands together in a big ball.



  3. To form a roll, we need to roll a mass of milk and biscuits into the layer. To do this, you can use the package and roller again.



  4. Time to make cream. The basis will be a mixture of softened butter and condensed milk. They must be thoroughly mixed and added to them coconut shavings. All components should be at room temperature.



  5. Little things remain: you need to evenly lay the cream on the basis of cookies and roll it into a roulette. Now you can decorate it with coconut shavings. Do not forget that dessert should be infused in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Bon appetit!
