  • 450g turkey mince

  • 425g finished chickpeas (one can)

  • pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp green onions
  • 25g flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • bay-leaf
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 0.5 tsp coriander
  • dill, parsley and salt to taste


Preparation
  1. Warm up a deep pot or pot. Add vegetable oil and put mince in it. Roast the meat for 3-4 minutes on high heat, stirring regularly.



  2. Add to the minced diced onions, carrots, celery and sweet peppers. Stir and continue to roast on high heat for about 3 minutes.
