Salad of squash and tomatoes Ingredients
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 60g hard cheese
  • 1 Bulgarian pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200g mayonnaise

  • 50ml vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. First of all, thoroughly wash the zucchini, cut it with circles (about 1 cm thick) and a little salty. Then warm up the vegetable oil in the pan and roast the zucchini on both sides until the golden crust appears.

    Next, lay the finished zucchini on a plate lined with paper towels to get rid of excess oil, and leave them to cool.





  2. Meanwhile, while the zucchini cool, wash the other vegetables and also cut them. Large tomatoes are better cut with neat quarters. If the tomatoes are small, the circles will also fit. But Bulgarian pepper is cut with a thin straw.

    Garlic and dill also need to be crushed with a knife. And rub the cheese with straw on a medium grater.





  3. So, the preparatory stage is completed, it is time to move on to the assembly of salad. The first layer in a clean flat bowl lay out the cooled zucchini and slightly lubricate them with mayonnaise. Then sprinkle zucchini 1/4 part of the crushed dill.

    Next, lay out half of the tomatoes, slightly salt them, pepper and sprinkle 1/2 part of the chopped garlic. And then again, we slap it with mayonnaise and put out half the Bulgarian pepper.





  4. At the end, sprinkle half the cheese and repeat the layers in the same order. And use all the remaining dill to decorate the salad.
