Pasties with potatoes and cheese.


For the dough:
 - 300 grams of yogurt
 - 2 tbsp sour cream
 - 100 g plums. butter (melted)
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 800-900 grams of flour
 
Filling:
 - 1 kg of potatoes
 - A piece of butter (optional)
 - 100-150 g of solid cheese
 - Dill
 - Salt
 - Pepper

For the filling, boil the potatoes shelled in a little water, drain, pat dry. Mash and add the grated cheese hot (delicious with almost any) and finely chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper. You can add butter and full of happiness ...

Knead stiff dough. Cut pieces weighing about 40-50g, roll, put the filling, carefully zaschipat and fry in very hot sunflower oil on both sides, as usual pasties.
