It is easy to prepare, since you do not need to cook the broth separately. It only takes me half an hour to do everything. The taste cannot be expressed in words, it must be tried. And hot and creamy!

How to make fish soup ingredients
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 carrot
  • 2-3 teeth. Garlic
  • 1 celery stem
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 Bulgarian pepper
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 l hot water
  • 500g cod fillet
  • 1 bay leaf
  • dillbundle
  • 0.5 tbsp. cream (20% fat)
  • salt, pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. Clean the onions and cut them in small cubes. The carrots are also peeled and soaked. Chop the celery stem into thin stripes. Cut the Bulgarian pepper with small cubes. Well, grind the garlic finely with a knife.



  2. The pot in which you will cook the soup, put on a medium fire, put vegetable oil there and add butter. Pour the onions and lightly passer it for 2 minutes, then add the carrots, celery, pepper, garlic. Also add a pinch of salt and some black ground pepper. Roast the vegetables for 2-3 minutes, stirring periodically.





  3. Add a cube-cut tomato to the vegetables. If there is no tomato, you can replace it with a tablespoon of tomato paste. Potatoes are also cut cube and added to vegetables. Pour hot water into the pot. Sprinkle and pepper to taste, add bay leaf. Cook without covering the pan with a lid.





  4. File cod cut stripes 2 by 5 centimeters. Cut dill fine. Save some greens for serving. When the broth is boiled for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling, add fish to the pan. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. A minute before ready, pour cream into the soup and add greens.





  5. Let the finished soup brew for 10 minutes and then serve it to the table. The author of the recipe, Tatiana Shpilko, advises to serve cracker Or toast. Bon appetit!
