Delicious spring smoothie: 3 simple recipe!

In the street spring and that means it's time to start the most delicious and healthy smoothies! In these Sunny days junk food is not happening. We offer you to try our new 3 recipe!

You can make a smoothie in a bowl or just pour into a glass, garnish with berries, fruit, sprinkle with nuts. Who said that the drink with herbs is tasteless and boring? Just look at their appearance. Change ingredients, experiment, and most importantly enjoy!

3 recipe spring smoothieSmoothie "Pumpkin pie brownies"Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 4 dates (you can substitute other natural sweeteners)
  • 1 Cup coconut / almond milk
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/3 Cup grated pumpkin
  • 2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 Cup almonds
Preparation: shake all ingredients in blender until smooth.


Smoothies RadugaIngredients (for 2 servings):

  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 Cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 Cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Garnish with additional fruit!

Smoothie "colada"Ingredients (for 2 servings):
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups chopped pineapple (can be frozen)
  • 2 kiwi fruit (can be frozen)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk until homogenous. Enjoy!
