Cake with curd balls.

Cottage cheese balls:
250 grams of cottage cheese
2 egg yolks
50 grams of sugar
50 g coconut
3 tbsp starch (no slides)
Chocolate dough:
4 egg yolks
4 protein
30 g sugar, 30 g +
50 g chocolate
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp starch
3 tbsp cocoa
pinch of salt
baking powder pinch
2 bags of vanilla sugar

Preparation of beads:
Mix cottage cheese, sugar, coconut, starch and egg until smooth.
Form balls with wet hands.

Chocolate dough:
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla until light, smooth mass. Add melted chocolate and connect together.
Sift the flour, starch, baking powder, cocoa and salt put into egg-chocolate mass and stir.

Beat proteins with sugar (30 g) to stable peaks. Neatly into three steps to enter into a mass and a shovel and move downwards, connected together.

Shape with detachable sides cover with baking paper, put the balls and pour on top of the chocolate batter. Preheat oven to 175 degrees and bake minutes 30-40.

Cool on a lattice. Pour on top with chocolate glaze.
