Fillet of fish (trout) - 600 g
Potatoes (medium) - 3 pcs
Eggs - 1 pc
Lemon - 1/2 piece
Flour - 2 tbsp. l.
1. Fish fillets cut into portions, add salt, add the spices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Potatoes Wash, peel and grate. Add the egg and flour, mix thoroughly. Breaded fish in potato batter (tightly clutching).
3. Fry on both sides on a preheated pan with olive oil. Reduce heat, cover and cook until ready (about 30 minutes).
4. Serve with vegetables.
