parsley — 1 bunch

dried marjoram — 1/2 tsp
METHOD of PREPARATION:Sardines, gutted and rinsed in cold water.

flour — 2 tbsp
sour cream — 1/2 Cup
white wine — 50 ml
egg yolks — 2 PCs.
grated cheese — 75 g
lemon juice — 1 tbsp
salt, pepper — to taste
nutmeg — to taste
METHOD of PREPARATION:fish fillet cut into cubes.
Slice the mushrooms into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Finely chopped onion fry in butter, add mushrooms and fry until soft.
Sprinkle with flour and cook another 2-3 minutes, add sour cream and wine and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Season to taste.
Braised mushrooms cool slightly. RUB the yolks with a small amount of lemon juice. Add the mushrooms along with the fish, mix well.
