Low-fat mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
Mustard - 1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
Sol - 1/4 h. L.
Black pepper coarse - 1/4 Art. l.
Celery - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 3 pcs.
Cabbage (small) - 1 pc.
Prepare salad dressing "Three Colors". In a small bowl with a fork to mix the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Peel and grate the carrots and celery root. Cut the cabbage into 4 pieces and cut the head. Finely chop.
Put the vegetables in a large bowl, add the sauce and mix well. Cover the bowl with cling film and put the salad "Three Colors" in the refrigerator for at least 1, 5 hours.
This salad is very fond of gourmets.
