SUPER healthy detox Smoothie with Coriander

 

All the ingredients of this drink have health properties. This smoothie will be a great alternative to a snack or even replace a main meal.

Coriander binds and excretes salts of heavy metals.

Lime juice cleanses the liver. The high content of vitamin C helps the liver produce glutathione, the king of all antioxidants. Citric acid contained in lime juice destroys kidney stones.

Ginger-an excellent helper for the digestive system. Proper digestion is essential for detoxification of the body.

This cocktail is full of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. If you don't like any of these ingredients, it can be replaced.

Detox smoothie with coriander, mango and lime





Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 Cup cilantro
  • 1 Cup of spinach
  • 1 Cup fresh or frozen mango pieces
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1ch spoon of coriander seeds
Extras:

 

  • 1 teaspoon spirulina or Chlorella (for additional cleaning of the body)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 Cup fresh or frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1/2 Cup fresh or frozen papaya chunks
Preparation:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend 30-40 seconds until smooth. If you add coconut oil and your blender is not very powerful, whisk all the ingredients first and then add the oil to avoid clumping.
