Dinner: 3 pieces of boiled fish, 1 orange, 1 toast, 1/2 Cup of kefir/yogurt, 1 Cup of tea.

Day 4:

Lunch: 125 g cottage cheese, 1 tomato, 1 pickled cucumber, 1 toast.

Dinner: 60 g boiled meat, 2 tomatoes, 1 Apple, 1 toast.

Day 5:

Lunch: 200 g of ham, 1 tomato, 1 toast.

Dinner: 250 g boiled vegetables, 1 egg, 1 tomato.

Repeat the cycle diet three times. To consolidate the effect of weight loss every Monday is fasting day:

Breakfast: 1 glass of water with lemon.

Lunch: 1 Apple, 1 dry toast.

Dinner: 1 egg, 1 tomato, 1 dry toast.
