  • 4 kg of apples (squeeze the juice)
  • spices for pickles (umbrellas dill, horseradish leaves, cherry, currants, garlic, Bay leaf, pepper, mustard seeds, etc.)

  • Apple cider vinegar
Cucumbers cover with cold water for 2 hours. Rinse and cut off the ends.
