Scientists from the Medical research center at the University of Louisiana found that to cope with insomnia, you can use sour cherry juice. Why?





It turns out that high efficiency of cherry juice is associated with increased content of melatonin — the hormone which helps to regulate the cycle of wakefulness and sleep.

To normalize your sleep and get rid of insomnia, just drink one glass of sour cherry juice morning and evening for two weeks. As experts say, this will increase the duration of sleep by nearly 90 minutes.
