What you should know to make the correct autumn diet
Changeable weather, cold, rain and mud — it all enhances hunger and raises the need for nutritious food. The body needs to listen, but not to go on about, so try to choose foods rich but not heavy and the most useful include in the diet buckwheat, durum pasta, legumes.
Be sure to eat animal protein, but give preference to poultry, veal.
