Coconut muffins —vegan recipe
Ingredients for 2 servings Мука1 glass

How to prepare Mix in a bowl 1 Cup of flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder and a quarter teaspoon of salt.

In a nonstick pan over medium heat well heat a little oil (about 1 tablespoon). Pour the batter using a tablespoon or ladle, forming small pancakes. Cook for about one and a half minutes. When preparing the first portion of fritters, set your watch to determine how long it takes to brown the first side.
When the pancakes browned, flip them with a wooden spoon and cook on second side for another 30-40 seconds. Pancakes themselves are not sweet, so serve with jam or syrup.
