7 Ways to Increase Your Life Energy
Life energy is such a strange thing that no one can see, but can easily feel. When you have a lot of it, the mood splashes over the edge, and you realize that you can move a mountain without being breathless. Conversely, when energy runs out, thoughts and movements become sluggish, you feel tired, and gradually realize that you have only two urgent needs: where to sleep, and how to make sure that no one interferes with it. The Chinese call it "Qi", and even created a whole Chinese medicine Qigong, which translates as "the management of Qi". But perhaps today I don’t have enough Qi to write an article about Qigong, and I’ll just talk about a few ways everyone can pump their life energy.
Exercise every dayRegular exercise is the easiest way to increase vital energy. In products that have passed a long and complex cycle of industrial processing, there can not be many vitamins, minerals and other nutrients so necessary for the body. If they could even be there. And that is why you should pay attention to the most natural and healthy food. If you want meat, take raw chicken breasts and cook instead of buying sausages or sausages. If you want milk - take ordinary cottage cheese instead of beautifully packaged "Wonder curd". And, of course, your biggest friends should be fruits and vegetables. This is what will increase your energy.
FastingOur body has two states: hungry and full. In a hungry state, the body supplies energy to all systems and organs harmoniously and evenly, while it is cleaned and excreted. In a full state, almost all the energy goes to the stomach, and this explains the sleepy and dull state of satiety after a plentiful dinner. Periodic systemic fasting will allow you to cleanse the body better, and not waste most of your energy on digesting food (especially harmful from paragraph 2). I did not just say systemic – you need to starve mentally, not randomly, and this is a topic for a completely different article.
Drink water.It would be logical in this place to write “drink coffee”, as coffee is a well-known and simple energy. However, I am opposed to increasing some parameters of the body due to the deterioration of others, and coffee in this regard is a very controversial drink. Therefore, the best drink to increase vitality I can call ordinary drinking water. Water helps to cleanse the body of toxins and toxins, water is a source of oxygen and nutrients, after all, water largely consists of our body. Therefore, to increase energy instead of alcohol and coffee, drink plain water, and not less than a liter and a half a day.
Normal sleepThis is another prerequisite for maintaining high energy levels. The body of a person who does not get enough sleep, does not have time to properly cleanse, recover and prepare for a new day, and as a result, each such day is given more and more difficult. The presence of a computer, the Internet, and a lot of entertainment in it, like games and social networks, gives many temptations not to go to bed. It even comes to information addiction – it’s when you sit at a computer, everything is done, you kind of have to get up and go to bed, but you can’t take off the screen and climb to read or see anything else. In this case, you are provided with weak vital energy – and not only because of lack of sleep.
Eliminating multitaskingThis is often ignored by energy gurus, but I am not a gurus. Indecently, a lot of energy is devoured by our multitasking, when we immediately take on several things. So if you have such situations often, think about how to avoid it. Perhaps some techniques of time management and organization of work activities will help. In general, do things in order, do not start the second business without finishing the first, and you will be happy.
