Cream soup of zucchini with herbs

  • vegetable broth 1.5 l
  • parsley, dried to taste
  • carrot 1 PC.

Method of preparation

Boil the broth, add salt, pepper, and dry dill and parsley. Zucchini peel and coarsely chop. If the zucchini are large, you must first cut the middle.
