Rolls of zucchini
Ingredients:
Zucchini — 4 pieces
Processed cheese — 1-2 PCs (100g).
Garlic — 4 cloves
Tomatoes — 1 PC.
Greens and salad leaves — to taste
Salt — to taste
Vegetable oil — for frying zucchini
Preparation:
1. First, wash the zucchini and cut them lengthwise into plates with a thickness of about 5 mm. sprinkle with Salt and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Next heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced zucchini on both sides. Fried zucchini cool.
3. While the zucchini are cool, prepare the filling for rolls. For this cheese RUB on a grater.
4. Crush the garlic in the frog. Now mix grated cheese, garlic.
5. Tomato cut into small stripes. The greens thoroughly under running water.
6. Take a cold roasted zucchini and on the entire surface on one side put the cheese-garlic mixture in a thin layer. Then put a slice of tomato on the wider end of the tavern. Next to the tomato put small sprigs of parsley and dill.
7. Now carefully wrap the roll and put it on a lettuce leaf. So do with all the roasted slices of zucchini.
8. Finished rolls will look great at the family dinner table, and lavish feast. This is a great savoury snack. The dish is very hearty. published
