Lobio with pomegranate for lovers of Georgian cuisine
The word lobio (ლობიო) in Georgian simply means "beans". It is a name shared by dozens of different Georgian dishes, made with boiled beans. One lobio from another may differ not only varieties of beans, but the degree of razmernosti and, most importantly, additional ingredients and seasonings.
INGREDIENTS
Cook beans, drain the liquid, do not pour out.
Fry the onions in olive oil, add the beans, nuts.
Add the water in which the beans were cooked to a thick sauce, add all the spices, simmer 15-20 minutes.
In the end, add the cilantro, vinegar. When serving, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, fresh coriander. Serve warm or cold. published
