Potatoes with prunes, baked in the oven
Ingredients:
6-7 pcs.
medium potatoes 150 g soft prunes
1/4 part lemon
150 ml cream
fresh thyme or rosemary
black pepper
salt to taste
Preparation:
Potatoes should be cleaned and cut into slices.
To reduce the cooking time, potatoes should be burned. To do this, fill it with water, put on fire, bring to a boil and turn off after two minutes, the water is drained.
Then grease a baking dish with oil, put the potato slices, pour boiling water for about a third of the potatoes, sprinkle with salt. Lemon thinly chop and add to the potatoes in the shape.
Prunes are cut in half and put in the form of a potato wedges and lemon.
To add a little sour cream, black pepper, chopped thyme or rosemary, stir and pour on top.
Put the form in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees and bake until tender about 40 minutes.
