with balsamic sauce Watermelon Salad
The combination of products in the salad, frankly, outside the box and on the fan. Appreciate the bold experimenters!
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
1 \ 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
6 tablespoons. diced watermelon (remove seeds)
1 \ 2 tbsp. sliced goat cheese
1 \ 4 tbsp. mint leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe:
For the sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil balsamic vinegar. Wait until the sauce thickens, about 4-5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, goat cheese, mint leaves and olive oil. Pour the sauce over the salad.
