SYROEDCHESKIE truffle Phoenicia and nuts
You for filling the dry ingredients:
• Almonds 50 oz.
• Pumpkin seeds 30 gr.
• Sunflower seeds 30 gr.
• Sesame seeds 20 gr.
• Hemp Protein (you can without it)
• Hemp seeds
• Coconut.
• Cocoa powder (raw) -20 c.
For the filling the wet ingredients:
• Dates are soft, large 220 gr.
• Coconut oil 20 gr.
• Warm water 40-50 ml.
For the topping:
• Cocoa powder - 10g
. • Coconut - 10 gr
. • Sesame seeds - 10 gr
. • Poppy seeds - 10 gr
. • Hemp seeds (raw-superfoods) - 10 gr
. These candies like everyone in our family! And no matter how the shell, we all like, and especially dates with walnut paste. However, for guests and for a variety of more aesthetically pleasing and original look these candies, which I always keep in the freezer. They do not become solid, so for long-term storage is very convenient to store in a container and do not think that they can go bad. All nuts, choose raw and figs most large and soft.
1. First, grind the almonds in a food processor, sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, as in the photo.
2. Add the crushed seeds of the protein
Hemp, hemp seeds and coconut.
3. All mix well and set aside.
4. Now chop in a food processor dates, adding to a little warm water and coconut oil.
5. Blend up until the dates do not take the form of a caramel-like, sticky and soft.
6. Now add the dry mixture of ground nuts, cocoa and again mix everything in a food processor until the complete and uniform mixing.
7. Roll from the resulting mass of small balls and roll in cocoa powder (chocolate truffles are obtained) or coconut flakes, or poppy seeds or sesame seeds.
