Great post 2016: What not to eat
— Clean Monday made complete abstinence from food. The rest of the time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – xerophagy (water, bread, fruits, vegetables, compotes); Tuesday, Thursday – hot food without oil; Saturday, Sunday – food with vegetable oil.
Fish is allowed on the Annunciation (April 7) and palm Sunday (in 2016 April 24). On Lazarus Saturday (in 2016 April 23) allowed caviar. On good Friday (in 2016 April 29) not to eat until the shroud.
